Do I have online access to my account statement?
Yes, just login into the user-name password provided by 99notes and go
to current billing statement and you will see a summary of billing
statement for the current month.
How long do you keep our voice and data files?
Your
voice and data files are stored for accessing on the server for a period of 8 weeks, After that we
archive them and are given on request.
